  • H.R. Gray was pre-qualified using commonly accepted prequalification process, but the reason I invited them to apply for pre-qualification is because of their experience.
  • HR Gray has extensive experience providing the necessary inspection services for this project.
  • Major road widening in prep for infrastructure for a new industrial park – very important to get utilities moved.
  • The project was a really challenge and required extensive coordination – which HR Gray is good at!
  • Ran into issues with compaction for the road itself but because of the expertise of HR Gray, the Village Engineer and HR Gray were able to come up with a good solution.
