City of Columbus PCM – Wastewater Treatment Plant CIP 1998-2003

H.R. Gray provided professional construction management services for the City of Columbus’ Wastewater Treatment Improvement Program.  H.R. Gray was responsible for preconstruction and construction management of the Capital Improvement Program related to the Jackson Pike Wastewater Treatment Plant, Southerly Wastewater Treatment Plant, Sewer Maintenance Operation Center, and associated facilities.

H.R. Gray is responsible for the construction management and coordination of all construction contracts, master scheduling of the design professionals during the Design Phase, constructability reviews, assisting the City to maximize the value, and quality of the constructed projects, and the management of any claims or disputes which may arise during construction.

The 1998-2003 CIP Program included over 25 Capital Improvement Projects valued in excess of $270 Million.  Eighteen of the CIP projects have moved into the Construction Phase of which 98% are complete.  The 18 construction contracts are valued at approximately $125 Million.
