Concord-Scioto Development, LLC Lower Scioto Water Reclamation Facility

H.R. Gray is providing owners representative services on this wastewater treatment project.  The $22 million, 4.2 MGD Lower Scioto Water Reclamation Facility is a Design Build Project, being developed by Concord-Scioto Development, a private LLC, for and on behalf of the Concord-Scioto Community Authority and the County of Delaware, Ohio. Project success depends on coordination and communication between the various private and public agencies involved in the design and construction of the facility.

H.R. Gray’s goal is to move the project forward, provide leadership and see that the project is built to the standards of the community.  H.R. Gray’s staff will provide construction observations, review and process contractors pay applications, manage the budget and change order review, inspect the work in progress and evaluate the work for quality control.
