Olentangy Local Schools Olentangy Liberty Road Middle School

H.R. Gray provided Owner’s Representative services on the Olentangy Liberty Road Middle School.

The Olentangy Liberty Road Middle School was a 137,000 square foot facility on a site that includes two football fields (game and practice), two soccer fields (game and practice), two baseball diamonds, and a six lane, all-weather track.

The project was schedule critical and was completed within schedule and under budget. H.R. Gray monitored the project and provided the school administration and school board with an objective opinion on progress.

H.R. Gray was instrumental in the successfully negotiated settlement of a construction claim at the Olentangy Liberty Road Middle School. This success of the settlement was in large part due to H.R. Gray’s Claims Management and Resolution experience and proper documentation during construction.
