Olentangy Local Schools Central Administrative Office

H.R. Gray provided Owner’s Representative services on the Olentangy Local School District’s Central Administrative Office renovation project.

This historically significant building served as the home to the district’s entire     K-12 student population from 1953 until 1990.  Now this facility is home to the Board of Education Administrative Offices and offices that provide the administrative support to the 110-square mile district.

As the Owner’s Representative, H.R. Gray monitored the construction progress and provided progress reports to the School Board.  H.R. Gray recommended strategies for keeping the project on schedule and budget.  We also reviewed billings, advised on change order pricing, monitored quality, observed testing, and provided budget control and reviews.
