Located in Lewis Center, Ohio, the Olentangy Local School District's Central Administrative Office is the home to the Board of Education Administrative staff. This historically-significant building had served as the district's entire K-12 student population for the 37 years spanning 1953-1990, and provides administrative support to the 110-mile district area.
As the Owner's Representative, H.R. Gray monitored the construction and provided progress reports to the School Board. Construction activities were coordinated with the contractor and the sub-contractors and strategies were recommended for keeping the project on schedule and on budget. The H.R. Gray team also reviewed billings, advised on change order pricing, monitored quality, observed testing, provided budget control and reviews.
The project was completed in May 2002 with a total cost of $800,000.
