City of Akron Canal Park Baseball Stadium

H.R. Gray was retained by the Construction Manager on this project to provide constructability review and scheduling services for the 8,500 seat Canal Park Baseball Stadium in downtown Akron.  The Designer was Hellmuth, Obata & Kassabaum, Inc. (HOK).

H.R. Gray provided the constructability reviews at various stages of design, which included review of the site and structure bid packages at 95% and review of the facility and finishes packages at 50% and 95%.  H.R. Gray also developed a master schedule for this project and reviewed all schedule updates.
