H.R. Gray was retained by the City of Reynoldsburg to provide construction management services during the construction of the City’s new 46,000+ square foot Police Headquarters.

H.R. Gray’s responsibilities included extensive involvement with all phases of the project including preconstruction, construction documents, bidding, and construction.  During all phases, H.R. Gray was responsible for cost estimation, value engineering, constructability, bid packaging, scheduling, and document control.

The facility includes all administrative offices of the Police Division as well as a seven cell detention facility, fitness room, seven bay garage including sallyport, and an indoor six lane firing range.

The facility also includes a state-of-the-art 911 radio dispatch control center furnished with a detention electronic control system for remote operation of all detention facilities.

This project was completed under budget by $141,000.
