H.R. Gray was founded in 1979 to meet the increasing demand for responsive, cost-effective, quality, construction management services for complex projects and resolution of construction disputes. Our construction management team has extensive experience in the construction industry including engineering, project management, scheduling, claims avoidance and ADA compliance.
We utilize our insight on behalf of our clients to proactively prevent factors that result in change orders, budget overruns, delays, scheduling problems and design errors during construction.As your Construction Manager, our goal is to reduce construction risk, control construction costs, keep the project on schedule, limit impacts on adjacent owner operations, and ensure high construction quality.
We work with our clients to make the construction documents as clear, complete, and executable as possible and we focus on ensuring consistency between the drawings, specifications and general conditions. We review the contract documents for constructability and construction phasing we evaluate the schedules from advertising through award and the construction phase. H. R. Gray provides reports with comments and recommendations on changes to the contract documents that will help to reduce the owner's risk and improve cost controls.
